This ~7” blade is designed to be a general chef knife with a vegetable bias. Tall to keep your knuckles clear of the cutting board. Paired with the flatter blade shape to prep lots of meat, vegetables, and fruit.
Care instructions - always hand wash with a soft sponge/scrub brush and dry thoroughly. Never put the knife in the dishwasher. Ideally sharpen on whetstone, please reach out for specific recommendations on whetstones/other sharpening methods.
